“A very large one bedroom apartment with a fabulous view and the Hotel Manager was very accomodating when we asked to move apartments as it was so noisy. Unfortunately, the quieter apartment during the day doesn’t stop the horrific noise at night. Constant screaming, sirens, cars racing, doors slamming in the apartments, arguing. “Location is great, close to tram, restaurants and shops. Reception staff were excellent and their service was great! The room and amenities were below average. There was a lack of space to walk around the beds. Our balcony on level 2 wasn't very inviting either. On the whole the accommodation and furnishings were not a 4 star rating.”

“I was in a lovely apartment, lovely views etc. The problem, which ruined my stay was when the smoke alarm woke me up at 5am..stopped after 5 mins then woke me up again at 530 am. I thought there was a fire so left the building and didn't see guests on the street so I called the after hours number. The alarm in the apartment was so loud it could be heard from the street. Eventually the building manager showed up and I was told that sometimes the smoke alarm gets triggered by humidity etc. Too...
