Cottage a North Stradbroke Island

“We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent beds. House was comfortable, homely and maintained to a high standard. Equipped with anything you’d need to self cater or stay longer than a week. The aircon worked well on the few chilly nights. Located in a quiet neighbourhood a short stroll from the water with beautiful bird life in and around the yard. Host Michaela was friendly, thoughtful and helpfully provided information about the island. We would happily stay again.”

“This is a really small house, tiny kitchen, no pantry, or dishwasher, laundry is outside in carport. So I would not stay for longer than a couple nights. Would be suitable for a family with younger children. Also the fenced yard is teeny tiny, and 4ft fences. I could not leave my dog unattended in there as she would jump that in 2 seconds flat, no space for her to run around either (German shepherd). Would be find for little dogs. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock. And only one tea towel...

“We had three nights away for my mother’s 60th. The six of us wanted cute, comfortable accommodation close to Gallery Walk, and that’s exactly what we got! Absolutely gorgeous two storey property in a convenient location to shops and cafes. Great sized kitchen, super spacious downstairs level where we did most of our hanging out, and the most comfortable beds ever!
