“Such a nice home, everything was perfect, they even had Band-Aids, which I needed from all of the walking downtown - Thank you! The hot tub was nice, could have been a little warmer :) It was a lovely stay, beds were super comfey and I loved the throw blankets as it got a little cold while we were there. Thank you for your hospitality. I would certainly stay there again. 10+ ”

“The view is priceless! Everything else was a hassle or worse. We never received a code to access our place and and the host never responded to our inquiry or messages. We had to go to the front desk of the facility who could not help us. We ended up calling Vrbo who had to reach out to our host to get the code. We were left outside standing in the cold at night while we waited. Also, we requested an extended noon check out for an extra 50 but we had both house cleaning and pest control entering...

“The thing we weren’t crazy about was the lack of amenities we’ve had at other vrbos, e.g., coffee for the coffee maker, salt and pepper, olive oil so we didn’t have to bring every little thing. There were no dish scrubbies or cloths, no hair dryer (even cheap motels have that). Our last 2 vrbos welcomed us with a bottle of wine. There wasn’t a guest book either which we enjoy looking at to see what experiences the other guests enjoyed. Because of all that, the place felt sort of cold and...
