“I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had bed bugs, which made my stay uncomfortable and concerning. Additionally, despite being promised a 20% discount for parking and product purchases, the hotel staff did not honor this offer. I expected better service and cleanliness, but unfortunately, I was left frustrated. I won't be returning.”

“Breakfast was very bad”

“Nice hotel with free breakfast but everyday they're was massive line just to get breakfast and no seating when they have a huge seating area. Comfortable large rooms. The hot tub was down but the pool was heated. Short drive to Disney locations and right next to sea world. ”

“Older Hotel, needs upkeep ”

“The main elevator was out - and I had to walk to the far end of the hotel to use an elevator and then back to the center of the hotel to get to my room. I'm not happy that I had to store my credit card in some random garbage app to pay to park either. No one should ever store your credit card for a one time transaction.”

“l'ho trovato in fase di ristrutturazione (ingresso, hall e un ala), quindi non posso fare una valutazione completa, poichè reception e cucina erano posizionate provvisoriamente in stanze, però mi hanno fornito una camera nuova e ben attrezzata, parcheggi numerosi e gratis, piscina pulita, e c'è la navetta per i parchi Universal e Disney. ”
