“I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the beds appeared to be made upon arrival, the sheets were clearly not clean—there was visible lipstick smeared on them, which was very concerning. We contacted the front desk and requested fresh sheets. While they did provide new ones, we were simply handed the sheets and had to change the bedding ourselves, which is not what I would expect from a hotel stay. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet...

“Parking was well lit, but dirty. Rooms were clean but pretty worn down. Staff was excellent!”

“Room was nice enough. We had adjoining rooms with our kids and, our main door in our room we had to close it multiple times for it to finally latch. The kids room door closed fine. Breakfast was decent but the eggs were a bit watery. The pool was nice but too cold to swim in, but the hot tub was the main reason for picking this specific hotel and it was very nice. Otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful and we had a great time. ”
