“Incredible stay even though the hotel is under renovation. Breakfast was delicious with great service. Everyone we met was so nice and helpful. On our way to the lobby to check out, we ended up in a service elevator and on the wrong floor with our luggage cart. A very nice gentleman, one of the workers, took the time to escort us to the correct elevator and to the lobby. Room was new and beautiful. Great view out the 6th floor window. The only issue I would mention is each TV program we tried to...

“This hotel was not really our style of hotel, but was clean and comfortable. When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. I did go to the front desk and was told that I had to deal with hotels.com. When I showed them my conversation with hotel.com, they made a real effort to solve the issue we had.
