“We spend most weekends in Albuquerque for tournaments and this was our first time staying here. We loved that they not only had breakfast included but dinner, too. My husband and I were also able to enjoy our three free drinks which was nice while our kids hung out in the dining area watching tv. The pool and hot tub are also very clean and the windows in the pool room give it the perfect ambience. “Clean room. Walls in bathroom around the shower need repair. Desk staff was rude during check in and very unhelpful. Saturday morning breakfast. We informed them there was a hair in the scrambled egg pan. Only the hair was removed. The eggs were not. The oatmeal was old. The cover on the almond was sticky. I was disappointed that this hotel carries the hilton name. ”

“The owners need to do something about the curb by the handicap parking, I fell over it. Please fix it before someone else gets hurt.”

“The resort fee is very confusing. I researched this property before my stay. There were many comments on the resort fee including free drinks at their bar. When I asked about it, I wad told that the hotel lost their liquor license even thought they had a bar that was still in service. They said that we could enjoy sodas as a consolation. There was also a time that I inquired about their laundry room. The person at the front said the change machine was broken but they keep plenty of quarters at...
