“Great friendly customer service from front desk and clean rooms”

“Siamo stati accolti alla reception da un tizio apparso subito scontroso e confuso che ci ha subito detto che non aveva alcuna prenotazione ancor prima che dicessimo il nostro nome. Dopo di che il medesimo ha chiesto il mio documento, che tuttavia non riusciva a leggere senza l'ausilio di una lente. Tutto ciò continuando a blaterare che non aveva prenotazioni mentre digitava compulsivamente sulla tastiera del computer. “Place was reasonably priced and clean. The beds were amazing, not hard and the covers were warm. The towels were soft too, not scratchy. I've stayed in higher priced places that didn't have nice beds or towels. The only downside was around the hotel, a lot of homeless. I would stay here again.”
