“The grounds were beautiful with plenty of places to just hang out. Fire pits at night were a nice touch. There was a cute little porch at the entrance to the room with 2 chairs which we used a lot. My only issue was I had booked a Jr Suite and it was very tiny. No place to put your luggage and the luggage rack was broken. There was a sofa which I guess made it a “suite”. “I would have given this resort 4 star as it is beautiful with a great indoor, outdoor pool, jacuzzi with a water fall, great views, Restaurant (Pablo gave excellent service) and nice rooms. I did give them a 3 star as the staff both at checkin and checkout were dismissive and not helpful to point out where things are and just unfriendly. Mostly don’t accept room 210! “I would like to thank Mike and the owners for providing an affordable and clean space for our four day stay in Burlington. We were pleased with the clean room and bathroom, as well as the strong hot water. The location was ideal for visits to downtown Burlington and the adjacent towns. Manager Mike was also very good at communicating and providing anything that we needed. Don’t be put off by the lack of a 24 hour designed reception area. This worked out fine!”
