“Breakfast was actually better than other hotels in this segment. The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. ”

“Ok for one night stay. Skip the breakfast. You have to request housekeeping to clean your room and/or to get clean towels if you’re staying more than one night. Smoke detectors are super sensitive”

“My family and I stayed at this location 4 to 5 times, for the past 2 years. I can say, every time we’ve stayed was a very comforting and relaxing experience. Very clean, quiet area, pet friendly, good food and shopping with in walking distance or 2-7 minutes drive (15-20 minutes away from the D.C. area). Shoutout to the staff at this hotel, for excellent service because we hate to leave and always looking forward to our next stay. #homeawayfromhome”

“Looks are deceiving. It is not well kept like the pictures. Staff did not clean rooms thoroughly nor did they give us clean towels or make beds. We found holes in linen to include the shower curtains. The pool never opened even when we were told it would be.”

“Hair dryer broken warm not blowing and burned my hair, second room the same, No dish washer liquid, no salt and pepper. ”

“Breakfast was free and tasty. Staff was friendly. There is parking for 10.00 a day but it is limited. Nice room. Had a pool and gym but did not use either. The hotel is close to Franconia station to hop on the Metro. Very convenient.”
