“Parking $18 is expensive and you have to pay for it to a third party over the Internet. Then the garage is a good long walk from the lobby. Internet access is expensive at $12.95. Breakfast is also expensive and there really is no close alternatives.”

“We stayed here because we had an event to attend at this location. The mall being close by was the biggest plus. The room was fine but the front desk didn’t answer the phone 3 out of 4 times. The time they did pick up, we requested towels which were never delivered. We went down to the desk to ask for an iron and ironing stand, we had to remind them four times and finally an ironing stand was left in our room while we were away but no iron! (They had a steamer in the room but it was not...
