“Check inn and the front desk checked me inn under another date so my key cards did not work. Got that fixed and then I see you need to use your room key to go to the second floor? Hard to use elevator key card problems. Is there that much crime in the area where you need to secure the second floor? The basement garage is pretty scary to boot.
Get to my room and there is a problem with the door key , had front desk come up and let me in my room. Turned on TV, realize there is no guide to use...

“Arrived around 6pm. Given room key without any directions. Room located on 3rd floor. Had to use stairs. I’m 74. Asked where to park, told in the back. My room was at the absolute opposite end of the hotel from the back. Had to wander back and forth down endless hallways, Room looked like it was used for odds and ends. Mattress was not comfortable.
