“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“The place was great. Near to places that we like to visit. The breakfast area is not very small but not that big and it can get very busy in the morning but we dont find it as an issue. We were able to get a table every morning without waiting. The staff are very helpful during our stay and I recommend this hotel for anyone who would like to explore Austin.”
