Hotel sulla spiaggia a Northwest Austin

“Very nice, very clean and nice staff”

“Lets me start off by saying the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. But the place was nasty. Theyre remodelling i guess but it seems like they forgot to finish. Cockroaches in the rooms. Grime in every nook and cranny. It was F1 weekend so for 5 days i paid $1000 and it was the most expensive/nasty hotel ive stayed in”

“I made it to the hotel(if you call it that) at 3:45 am because my flight was delayed. I got to the office to call and they said they cancelled my reservation and gave it to someone else. I’m like can I at least stay tonight since you already got the first day’s pay. They said no. So the biggest weekend in Austin where there was nothing to rent, I was forced to sleep in my car on the first night. It was no consideration for my flight or anything. Horrible customer service”
