“Enjoyed our stay in this pretty little guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood (yet close to all amenities and shopping) in Austin. This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay while visiting our daughter. The bed was comfy, the decor was soothing, there was a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and everything was clean and peaceful. There was even a swinging chair. Loved it!”

Nicely remodeled kitchen & baths. Cons: On street parking. Many steps leading down to unit making it hard for older folks. No railings on stairs inside unit. No dressers in bedrooms to store clothes. Not enough hangers in closets. Toaster doesn’t work. Only one bath towel per guest. Would think twice before...

“Booked this place for two weeks for the holidays. The pictures are nicer than the reality. The house is very dark, little natural light and not a lot of ambient lighting inside. The kitchen is super dated especially the stove, making cooking challenging. The back door to the yard cannot be opened, which is frustrating with kids. The AC/heating thermostat was broken, so we were freezing and had to leave after one night and request a refund. Hosts were slow to respond to initial issues. Regarding...
