“It's a cool place to stay, definitely can feel the history. King room was great, love the massive hallways. Two specific issues: The bar outside looked amazing but the staff was rude, especially Kipp. Dismissive and condescending. We stayed for 3 nights and one day there was a wedding and the bar area was off-limits, not that big a deal. For two days there was some kind of trade show in the lobby and literally the entire lobby was filled with tables and people, you couldn't sit or find a spot...

“I wish I could rate my experience higher but this Hyatt lacks customer service. When I called the front desk, they put me on hold, then hung up on me. The issue was never resolved - the thermostat in the apartment is really hard to adjust and the hotel did not provide support. The bed was not comfortable, the fact that there was no duvet cover but triple sheeting instead, and the lack of any bathroom amenities reveal the cheapness of the place.
