Resort a Northwest Colorado

“Master bedroom tub had hair and soap scum in it. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. Hairdryer did not work. Exhaust fan very noisy. Bathroom rug is dirty and should be replaced. Window in adjoining suite has to be pushed closed from the outside. Mold in sauce pan in cupboard. Dogfood on the floor. No communication with the host after we booked the condo. We didn’t have any contact information or instructions regarding checking. After we found the front desk they were extremely helpful. Before...

“We are owners in this resort and rented this unit because we needed one more. As I've stated in another survey to the resort, this unit should have more drawer space for skiers' clothing as we pack quite a bit. Also, hooks in the bathroom on the available wall space for wet towels is desperately needed. Otherwise, the resort is very well maintained and the staff is always extremely helpful.
