“ The floors still had trash under the recliner and the bed, no remote for the second TV in the bedroom, no dishes available upon checking into the room. Had to go down every time to the front desk to get what we needed, also no hair dryer readily available in the restroom had to go down the following morning with wet hair to ask for a hair dryer not even as much as a glass cup or paper towel napkins were available to us in our room everything you had to go and ask for at the front desk I spent...

“The staff member was very nice when we checked in, but after that would not even acknowledge us. The hot tub had brown floaties in it, and no towels available in the pool area. In the room, the bathroom door was so swollen it wouldn’t shut all the way and the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite awhile. ”
