“A lovely spot! The view right from inside the cabin and from the Adirondack chairs closer to the lake is beautiful. The cabin has a nice, slightly rustic feel but with modern appliances. The host has everything neat and tidy, with necessary supplies stocked up and easy to find. The whole place is neat and uncluttered. We enjoyed using the canoe provided to explore some of the islands in the lake. From out on the lake one gets views of Mt Katahdin.”

“Awesome but... The cabin, location, hosts, booking etc., were all phenomenal, this was our second time staying at this location as we loved it so much the first time. Unfortunately an encounter with a resident at the very end of the road cast a shadow over our stay. My wife and I were out on the water, I was in a single person canoe fishing and she was in her kayak just enjoying the scenery when a male came from his home, got into his motor boat and approached her accosting/accusing her of going...

“This cottage was in a very remote place on the lake. We loved the peace and quiet. It was very clean. The chair in the living space was so comfy you could take a nap. The pillows in the bedroom were very flat but bed was comfy. If you like to relax at a quiet place in a nice location. This place is for you. ”
