“The hotel personnel was cordial but very cold in nature. Surroundings need major upkeeping, our room was not clean when we got in, and despite the fact that we noted the effort to renew the bathroom, only the wall tiling and mirror coukd be appreciated. The rest was sloppily completed and not cleaned. The rest of the room was run down, but the space was good. Breakfast options: bagels, toast, waffles, cornflakes and branflakes. Stop. Coffee, tea and oj. Housekeeping did not come to make...

“The booking was accidentally made twice and when I checked in I mentioned to DEV (a very nice employee at the desk) that I was due a refund. He said he knew about the error and had fixed the problem, that a refund would be issued. I’m still due a refund. What phone number should I call for help?”
