Hotel a Norwood

“The so location is beautiful. The door every keypads being programmed to the last 4 of your phone number is very convenient. I liked the heated tile floor in my bathroom and the bed was comfy. Breakfast is very basic, the shades and curtains in my room let in a lot of light and bring near the entryway meant I heard everything. Not what I expect for $200+ for a night.”

La colazione per me è stata discreta perché almeno i pancake me li sarei aspettati in un hotel americano. Ad ogni modo lo consiglio per tutti quelli che intendano soggiornare a Potsdam.”

“We couldn’t stay as it was -8 and the heater wasn’t working. They offered a small space heater but that was not going to be enough for that cold of weather. It forecasted to get to -15 that night. They are also refusing to issue a refund.”

“Upon arriving at the property the entire area was covered in snow and very unsafe to walk . I started itching while I was sleeping and woke up to my bed filled with bed bugs. Staff was called and I was relocated to another room and told the manager would contact me which never happened. I reached out to the property and finally got in touch with the manager only for him to say his apologies after I told him I’m currently home and still itching . “I locked myself out on accident and waited an hour it was getting late and I just booked a hotel elsewhere. ”

“Room clean. Bathroom a bit tight. Good location. ”

“Room was okay. Wi-Fi was spotty- my computer kept disconnecting, and as the TV uses wi-fi to watch, watching was pointless. Sheets were stained; blankets were stained- so sleeping there was a bit gross. The desk personnel were nice, but in the morning to check out it did take a few minutes to get anyone to the desk. ”
