“The rooms are clean, and it was conveniently located for our weekend. I did have a booking issue here - when we arrived to check in, the woman at the front desk could only find one of the two rooms I had booked. Even with me showing her my confirmation for two rooms, she insisted there was only one room. We booked me a second room there and then, and all seemed ok. The next day, my card was charged for a no-show on the second room I'd initially booked! I had to call them when I got home and...

“Really good value. Comfy bed, fast wifi, good hot shower, working AC, coffee + refrigerator + microwave in the room. It's not too loud considering how close it is to highway 101. Occasionally heard the SMART train go by but it never woke me up. Simple breakfast of cereal, muffins, and coffee, but as the least expensive hotel option in Marin County it's very good value for what you pay. A little rough around the edges with some paint pealing off in the bathroom but all good.”

My "ding" is that I felt like there was a lot of à la carte pricing that I as unexpected; pay for parking, pay for breakfast, pay for wifi, and pay extra for my dog (which I'm used to but I felt the cost of bringing my dog was too high)”
