Hotel very beautiful... only thing they need to have more bathrooms on area pool or theater. Food amazing and steak house best ever. Staff is super amazing welcoming all time. “Salta all'occhio lo staff numerosissimo ma non sempre all'altezza di una struttura del genere. Sembra un esercito senza un vero comandante! Fastidiosa e' l'insistenza nel lanciare continui messaggi finalizzati alla cosiddetta "mancia". Ottimo il ristorante messicano e quello francese, non altrettanto quello italiano. Più che buona la colazione e il luncheonette a buffet che propone tantissimi piatti gustosi della cucina messicana.”

“Overall it's a value play. The room was huge (2 rooms 3 bath and a sofa bed). The pool entertainment was great. The pool and beach were fun. For the most part the staff were really friendly. The food here is by far the most awful all inclusive ever. Hot dogs are not sausage. No matter how many times you cut them up it's still a hot dog. It will never be a sausage. And if you want green eggs without the ham this is your place. Dishes were not clean. Couldn't even stomach the 'dinner...
