“Brief stay to visit Hopetown and Shildon. Accommodation of a very good standard. Comfortable bed, better facilities than found in chain hotels, clean and tidy -looks recently refurbished. Very well situated for public transport/shops/culture.”

“This is the second time at The Witching Post inn. We love the location.. easy to get to Whitby, Staithes, Robin Hood bay and Goathland. Pete and his team were great hosts and looked after us.
