“We travelled as a group and had three rooms. They were all three clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly helpful and prompt with some help we needed. It has become our hotel for our annual group travel.”

“The staff at the front desk was so helpful. We came in quite late and asked for a 2 hour late checkout....which he granted. This helped us catch up on sleep.”

“The elevator stinks so badly, the couch in the room was so dirty and smelling awful, the jetted tub wasn’t working, there was no shower cap in the room, only one towel in an executive suite, no face towel to shower, the rug carpet was so dirty like they have never vacuum clean it in the past few weeks and to make matters worse I stayed for two days no one came to clean the room or change the sheets or the one towel. In summary it was a very bad experience.”
