“Una grande struttura simile ad un grosso centro commerciale e come tale, un po’ dispersiva. Ottima palestra, piscina piccola e non adatta al numero di ospiti, caotica. Ma viste le spiagge di Honolulu… Camere grandi e spaziose ottimo il servizio pulizie ma letti matrimoniali piccoli ma comodi. Colazione ben fornita, ma i prezzi troppo alto ci hanno fatto scegliere altre soluzioni, peccato. “I love the lei wall in our room! Customer service was great. Housekeeper Lourdes was so sweet. The room was also so clean and fresh when we got back to it in the evening. I love that we were close to shops and even had a nice breakfast buffet and Starbucks in the hotel. Thank you Ala Moana Hotel!”

“This is a great property for beautiful views. While on the property, there was construction near the front door . They do not have shuttles from the airport to your hotel room unless you pre arrange. They do not receive you with Leis. The tiles from the pool were falling off, the paint near the pool is chipping. The coffee is really good. In my room there was multiple markings along the walls. House keeping does not clean properly. You only get your rooms bedsheets changed if you ask. Room...
