Rent water equipment to spend your days on the ocean kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing, surfing, and every other waterfront activity imaginable. Bring your golf clubs for world-class greens nearby, and enjoy exquisite walkable neighborhoods full of Martha's Vineyard magic.

The architectural style draws one immediately to the wrap-around porch. Upon entering the home, the sparkling vintage fir floors, beadboard wainscoting, and a beautiful place to relax and unwind awaits. Many viewing windows and french doors bathe the rooms in natural light, creating a perfect cozy atmosphere. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or curling up with a good book. Create culinary charms in the sophisticated galley-style kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will enjoy a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures.

In the guest house, you'll find a nice flex space and kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. A studio guest room with an en suite bathroom makes this a great private space for those who want their own accommodations.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
