“We had to call the local number on the closed office door to find out how to enter our room. We did not get this information from Expedia and we were unable to connect with Expedia on my phone because of poor service in the area. The local woman who answered the phone was very helpful and the room is just what we expected.”

“The hotel room was good, the front staff had a dog that has a very sharp high pitched bark that woke me up at 5a and continually barked at anyone coming or going, that is the only complaint, but it was enough to not ever book there again, personally I feel like a dog barking like that so early in the morning is not a great way to run a hotel business”

“Not sure why, but my reservation through Expedia didn't show up in this hotel's system. It wasn't an issue though which I appreciated. Even though the manager's sister and kids were in the room right next to me, they could've possibly have been more conscientious and quiet! Apparently the floor hadn't been cleaned, so the the manager apologized and rushed to complete it. A very nice place to stay in Kremmling! ”

“Staff was excellent. Had to ask for towels each night we visited the pool & hot tub room. Unclear why that wasn’t planned better given it was ski season and everyone heads there at the end of the day. The breakfast area, which may / may not be included with your room was very poorly staffed and the food was disappointing”

“Dolores greeted us at the desk and was so kind to us. She gave us an upgrade which we enjoyed. Loved the clean comfortable room. The pool and hot tub were a hidden gem. Located in the heart of downtown Steamboat within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Close to Fish Creek Falls. A very lovely experience.”
