“The 6th floor reeked of stale ash trays, and my “nonsmoking” room still smelled and had cigarette burns in the headboard. No stopper in the sink. The crappy coffeemaker wouldn’t turn on but leaked water. The replacement managed only 1/2 cup and would not empty the reservoir. When I asked where the “included” breakfast was served I was ushered to a table with a thermos of warm coffee and Hostess snack cakes. The main light switch was gross - as if too many dirty fingers had used it. Other than...

“Sinceramente, mi aspettavo molto di più. Punti positivi: la posizione, il personale, la colazione, con ampia scelta di caldo , freddo, dolce e salato. Punti negativi: la struttura all'interno necessita di ammodernamento. Gli ascensori erano in uno stato pessimo ed anche le stanze andrebbero rifate. Non mancava la pulizia, anche se non era del tutto accurata, ma le stanze erano vecchie. Sono rimasto un po' deluso.”

“When I checked in at 7 pm there was no one at the reception desk and I had to wait 15 for someone to arrive. The parking directions he provided were very complicated. The coffee shop had an extremely limited menu and hours and the staff was frequently unavailable for about 10 minutes.”

“The ceiling was peeling and falling down on the floor along with the cobb webs on the headboard. i had to call the front desk to have housekeeping come. They didn't do a good job with snow removal from the storm and parking was limited people had to park all over the place. This motel excepts pets there was dog poop all around the side walk etc. When i booked the room it was stated that they had internet i asked to use the computer and was told it doesnt work”

“Check in was cumbersome; parking is difficult + staff offer little assistance to help accommodate. TV in room was beautiful but no instructions provided + sound on remote did not work. Overall, great location neighborhood, spacious accommodations but parking is a hassle + staff courteous but not very helpful. Doubt we will return. ”

“Packing was easy and secure, but the roaches all over the bed, the toilet, i mean the entire room. Honestly I long been renting hotels or motels, but this one really throw me out the windows. I mean it was nasty, very nasty, that I can't ever imagine. They need to do better. The roaches too many. ”

“Clean room, cozy environment, excellent location, good breakfast, and great service! However, depending on the room, there can be quite a bit of noise. It’s not so much from the street—which gets quieter at night—but more from inside the hotel, starting around 6 a.m.”

“Rooms are very nice free parking surrounded by lots of shopping area's bathrooms nice size,didn’t like that the toilet paper holder was too far too reach.toilet didn't flush to well but otherwise everything was great ”

“Great place to stay. Clean, quiet rooms with great beds. Super hot water. Continental breakfast is nice. Everyone on staff is very friendly. ”

“Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night.”
