“Loved seeing a bear multiple times! Beautiful balcony view. Did not realize smoking was allowed on balcony and leaving the door open to the room (to listen to river) caused odors to blow in. ”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Loved having a balcony room with the creek down below. It was right off the main strip but in walking distance to all the entertainment yet felt quiet and secluded. Would definitely stay again.”

“I seldom complete reviews but the stark contrast between the attractiveness of this hotel and room (balcony, hot tub, fireplace) and the comfort of the mattress was stark. After hiking over 14 miles in the mountains, the mattress still felt like sleeping on the ground. I expect a better mattress from Hilton.”
