“Beautiful rooms, nice continental breakfast.”

“The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way.”

“Everything was amazing the outside is deceiving but the inside is really nice and up to date. Staff was very friendly and nice overall for the price and to be right in downtown gatlinburg worth it I recommend”

“The room was very spacious and a great location. Not in the business of Gatlinburg and really easy to get to the national park.”

“At check in there were hairs on the jetted tub and mold in the shower. The interior of the room door was filthy. The wall next to the shower/tub was deteriorating. The toilet was loose at the floor. No blinds on the windows and the curtains did not cover the windows failing to keep the light from their sign out. Yhe windows needed cleaned and had paint droplets on them. The mini fridge was missing a foot and tipped when trying to open the door. Housekeeping did not stock coffee for 3 days nor...

“Personal beim CheckIn sehr freundlich. Am Eingang wird auf renovierte Zimmer hingewiesen. Diese waren leider alle ausgebucht. Auf dem Hotelgelände genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Kosten nichts extra. Super angenehm, da Gatlinburg zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Man braucht daher kein Auto um Gatlinburg zu erkunden. Zimmer schon etwas älter. Aber alles sauber und ordentlich.”

“This is an historical property - very good location with parking. If you come later in the day, the parking is down a hill from the entrance. Room is dated, bathroom is small, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is fine. Room was clean.”
