Two lights in the room were lost power connection 4. Room keys are heavy like India Punjab warehouse keys - needs to lock the room door manually for sleep. Then needs to open to move out to the bathroom 5. Every lights are not bright enough - line the lights of mine”

“I ended up here by happy accident! My booked hotel didn't have my reservation, so last minute I traveled late into Lucerne and stayed here. Turned out to be such a wonderful place!
