“Dangerous and rude property. My daughter checked in Friday. They assigned her a room and gave her a key. She went out with friends before bringing in her luggage, and returned after. When she went to her assigned room, her key did not work. So she went to front desk to tell them. They looked up her room, and rekeyed for her. When she opened the door, there was a man in the room. They gave a stranger, her room, and did not update their records. That put her in a dngerous situation. Fortunately,...

“Have stayed at this Hotel several times the past 10 years, always clean, convenient, staff nice, Good breakfast.”

“Sheets and bedspread had cigarette burn holes. Stains on sheets. Handicap room that had brackets sticking out on one side of bed. Room is in severe need of repairs and updates. At least one electrical outlet would not firmly hold a plug and is a fire hazard. Breakfast was really lacking compared to previous years we have been there. TV access was very poor and worse than NTSC quality. Staff did what they could and offered another room. But it was the same. We have photos but cannot get them...

“I like nothing about this hotel floors was dirty toilet was leaking around the bottom would not flush right rat in trap in my daughters joining room refrig.didn't work the floors kept getting wet. And my granddaughter hit her ankle on the pointy part of the bed and busted her lip so dont come to this one they need to do better.”
