“I booked a room that said balcony. I did not really understand the layout of the property before arrival as there were limited updated provided pictures. Upon checking in my room (located on a first floor) there was a patio; not a “balcony”. I guess that must’ve been my fault for not doing more research; however, I feel like a property should maintain their integrity and have updated photos of the property and explain in booking details that it is a first floor option and there is no balcony,...

“Food was good. Staff was great. Pool and beach was amazing. Property was kept clean. Room was slightly dirty and had leftovers still in the fridge on check in. But other than that the place was amazing.”

“beach view was very beautiful one thing i would day was that the pool looked greenish and not blue like the one next door but the good thing is that u can use the the hotels other pool so im glad that was allowed it made up for our hotels pool being dirty”

“The staff was great and accommodating but the actual property in itself was subpar. Our room smelled like gas/sewage and the bathroom had black mold all on the ceiling. The pool area was clean besides some broke lounge chairs. The beach entrance and beach was very clean. Overall the property is just ok. It’s not terrible and it’s not great. The breakfast in the AM is cool too. A very accommodating parking lot too for guests”

“Breakfast was great. Same thing everyday. Coffee was perfect. Front desk refused to honor me as Hilton Honors. Room was never cleaned in 3 days. It was very close and convenient to activities. Would stay again.”
