“We had an accessible room on the first floor that was very convenient and the staff was so helpful with me getting my luggage and my aunt in and out. Breakfast was tasty and the low capacity of people made it less stressful for travel”

“Sugar Creeek Inn and Suites was a good hotel. It was clean and the people working there were very helpful. The pool was clean and refreshing. It is located near the highway and it was easy to access activities in all directions. The room smelled a little musty, but overall it was clean, friendly and a good value for the price.”

“Do not stay here!! I laid in the bed and started itching. I checked for bed bugs and I didn't see any but I have bites on my body. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but I checked out early. If you have a motel/hotel and you have bed bugs you should give people who are effected by it a refund.”

“Our room toilet did not work. Found out until we relaxed for a bit. Check in late so since we were exhausted didn't feel like complaining and moving our stuff to another room at midnight. So slept and woke up 6 hrs later and left. I know there was plumbing problems because there was a plunger by the toilet.”
