Water Front Log Home

Questa casa del registro dispone di 5 camere da letto. La camera da letto principale si trova al secondo piano con vista sul grande soffitto a volta. Dispone di un letto king size e di un bagno completo. Al piano terra troverete 2 camere da letto con un letto queen in ciascuna. C'è anche un bagno completo al piano principale anche. La cucina, la sala da pranzo e la camera familiare (TV da 60 pollici) sono situate al piano principale, circondate da soffitti a volta di pino notty. Da lì si può camminare sul ponte e prendere l'aria fresca degli adirondacks. Dalla piattaforma potrete guardare i vostri bambini a giocare sul prato o nell'acqua. Hai una vista perfetta degli uccelli di tutto. Nel livello inferiore si trovano 2 camere da letto. Ogni camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello (letti a castello sono gemelli xl). C'è anche una bella area bar per riunirsi. C'è una televisione da 60 pollici e alcuni divani per rilassarsi e guardare il tuo spettacolo preferito. Da lì si può camminare direttamente dalle porte scorrevoli di vetro all'acqua. C'è wireless wifi se hai bisogno di utilizzare internet. Se si desidera sperimentare l'Adirondacks questo è il posto per voi. Ci sono cervi, cuccioli, anatre e perfino cervi che si possono vedere direttamente dalla tua casa di log privata. Le lenzuola saranno incluse in tutti i soggiorni (biancheria da letto e da bagno e asciugamani).

This place was beautiful. The pictures are great but seeing it in person is amazing. It's a great location close to Old Forge and Inlet where we like to visit. It was very peaceful there as well. We had a great trip even though the weather was a bit rainy. Having such a big place was great when we had to avoid the rain. Vincent was always really responsive if we had any questions. Also the kitchen is really well stocked with pans and utensils. The fridge was very big so we had a great time preparing meals. Also having the dishwasher and washer/dryer was super helpful. Internet worked great too.

Second beautiful stay at Camp Chiffy! Home is spatious and clean with plenty of spaces to eat, play games, prepare meals, and spend time together. Lovely firepit area and nice dock system that was able to accomodate our 23 ft speedboat. Home is close to Old Forge center and a 6 minute drive from many shops and restaurants. Communication is excellent. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week in the log cabin. Everything was clean and well cared for. We loved the big spacious main room, where we (a multi-generational family) could all hang out together. The kitchen was very well stocked, with pots, pans, everything we needed. We enjoyed the the big lawn where the kids could play and the adults could watch the boats go by. We ate all our meals on the deck. The kayaks were fun. We will definitely return!

We've stayed in many houses in Old Forge, this was one of the nicest. Location is great, quick access to Old Forge & a short ride in the channel to First Lake. Looking forward to our stay next year.

Beautiful place for vacation!

We had a lovely week in this beautiful lakeside cottage. Gorgeously decorated, clean and well maintained. Well-stocked kitchen and a grill that is nicer than ours at home. Temperature was comfortable indoors and the firepit and waterfront were great for nights by the fire. My husband was even able to bring and park his boat there! We are excited to come back again!

We had a great week long stay at camp chiffy. The house was perfect for 6 adults 5 kids. Waterfront access, close to town and hiking. Highly recommend!

Wonderful time

Our family had a great time at Camp Chiffy! It was roomy enough for everyone with plenty of spaces for family members to congregate for card games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and we made good use of it. We used the deck, firepit, and the dock a lot. The kayaks and other water toys were much appreciated. We went swimming, tubing, kayaking and hiking. We cooked on the grill, made s'mores, and had epic corn hole tournaments. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Fantastic house in a great location

This is a great house, very clean with good size rooms. The docks & kayaks provided hours of entertainment on the water. I loved that the house is set back from the road. The separate living areas are great with 3 families to have the kids downstairs while the adults can talk upstairs. We ate outside every evening on the lovely deck. Only wish there were blankets on the beds.

Perfect location

Family Vacation

Camp Chiffy never disappoints! It is so perfect for our growing family. Our kids and grandkids had an unforgettable week of building memories together. The property is gorgeous, the new docks were perfect for our boat and our avid fisherman. Everyday ended with a fire in the beautiful fire pit! We all love camp Chiffy and hope to stay again soon!

Annual Family Camping Trip

This was by far our most favorite family camping trips thus far! The property was spacious, enough for our 4 families. The master bedroom was beautiful, we were able to setup a play pen for our 1 year old. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you may need. The views outside from the living room were breathtaking and beautiful. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock every morning. Kayaks were great and fun. We will definitely be coming back. It was a trip were we created memories that will last a lifetime.

Great As Always

We had a wonderful time. The cooler weather fostered more hiking and biking. We still went out tubing and cruising in the rented pontoon boat. The house was comfortable and well-equipped. Mr. Chiffey kept us abreast of the information we needed as we stayed there. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Best winter vacation ever

The house is perfect. Very roomy. We had a wonderful time. Local skiing is great for beginners. The town people are friendly and warm. The house is clean and perfect. The owner is always there to answer a question. Easy access. Beautiful views. Just perfect in every way.

Great home on the lake!

Home was very clean and more than enough room for the 2 families that stayed! We rented a boat for 4 days and used the kayaks as well. It's located right in between Old Forge and Inlet. We spent time in both. Would definitely recommend this rental for any group.
