Questo bellissimo condominio fronte oceano è il luogo perfetto per la tua prossima vacanza in spiaggia. Il condominio ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa durante il soggiorno, tra cui una cucina completamente attrezzata e una lavatrice e asciugatrice privata per il bucato. We were disappointed with our stay. Lights that didn’t work, lock unable to open on the door, no curtain covering the door downstairs, twin beds are actually bunks (so not a great fit for adult guests), parking was a mess, no hair dryer, smoke detectors went off for no reason - it wasn’t a great stay. The local vacasa team was very responsive and sent a handyman out to fix the torn window screen the same day we reported it. We still had to rig up a curtain by ourselves with something found in the laundry room and also use keys to get in (which dont work well with the keypad). We had to park a good ways away and pay for parking (garage is super small which we knew but also when you have a rental car, you seldom ah e co trip over the height of the car you rent). All in all, the ocean view was beautiful but the unit left a lot to be desired.

Right on the beach

The location was great - right on the beach and we could enjoy the waves from our deck.The unit needed a couple of things fixed, however. The ice maker was broken, the door knob was falling off in the main bedroom and the towel rack was falling off in the bathroom.Also, there were only 2 glasses for a unit that potentially sleeps 8 (No wine glasses at all). We called the number that was given and they told us that they were not required to provide wine glasses (ok, but this is the 1st unit we ever rented where there was not any) and someone would bring us one regular glass. It never came.

Lovely, but not for Seniors or anyone with back or knee issues

The location was lovely, with wonderful ocean views. However, we were not prepared for the number of stairs. Two steep flights of double stairs to get to the apartment and then ANOTHER steep flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms. There was no mention of all the stairs in the description, as far as I could see. This apartment is not appropriate for seniors or anyone with knee or back issues and I would not have booked it, had I known.

Perfection!

Mid April stay. We shared the beach for three gloriously sunny days with no one but dogs and their owners walking the shore. Winter swimming was amazing. Great beach, safe, flat, wide. Three things of note: the stairs are very steep/ high so anyone with knee or hip issues might have a hard time getting up the two flights. The sleeper couch is old and tired and needs replacing. My back did not allow me to sit on it as there is absolutely no support and the cushions were sagged through. We were there before bug season, but I hope the screens are repaired before it kicks in as there are large gaps that would not keep the bugs out!We loved our stay though. It is absolute perfection if you crave shoreline/views/open water! Clean and sparkling new and shiny as well! We have already reserved for next year!

Great Get Away

The view and location are amazing. The house was very comfortable for the three adults on our trip. It’s also very suitable for a family with kids as one of the rooms has two bunk bed sets. It’s comfortable, cozy, and completely relaxing. Within walking distance of the pier and entertainment. Great place to stay.

Great Beach Girls Weekend Getaway

Great oceanfront location for a relaxing girls getaway. We enjoyed walking the beach and collecting shells. Great location to start from to see other cities in the area. Best part was watching the sunrise in the morning from the balcony.

Neat beach home!

This beach home was clean and beautiful, it had everything we needed and was in a great location. We loved that it was right on the ocean, which meant amazing sun rises and easy access to walks on the beach. We were there in October, so there wasn’t much going on in Old Orchard beach, but that was okay with us! It was a quiet cozy town when we were there. There were plenty of other places to visit in the surrounding area!

Great place with amazing views.

My wife and I spent a couple nights here in the fall, and loved every second of it. It's obviously right on the beach, so the views are perfect. The surrounding town is really nice, and it's just a ~20 minute drive from Portland. The condo itself is clean and spacious. It was just my wife and me, but there was a bunkbed room that could have held 4 kids. Check-in/checkout was super easy. Highly recommend this place!

Stay was fine. Location good. Quite for this time of here expected. Toilet first floor bath spewed water all over floor as hose in tank was not hooked up. I put hose back on but someone needs to double check. Darker curtain shades would be nice more choices for tv would be nice as well.

Family Summer Vacation

We had the best time. So close to the beach, entertainment, restaurants, etc. Never had to use our vehicle once we arrived. The place was emaciate, and with 4 children, the washer and dryer came in so handy. Everything was within walking distance.

my week at OOB

I was really delighted when I stepped out onto the balcony and saw the beach. My children and grandchildren were also excited. I'm past the stage of body surfing and sitting in the hot sun, but it was fun to watch the next generation take full advantage of the area. We were treated to fire-works on Thursday evening and the kids could go to the beach for an unobstructed view. They could walk to the Pier and ride on all the Tilt -a- Whirls to their heart's content. The last night there we were treated to a view of an amazing moon shining on the ocean. Just a beautiful way to end the vacation.
