“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find.
The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay.
Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“This is a small hotel located in the CBD of Auckland with access to attractions, the bay, and plenty of restaurants. It was a very comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable (not rock hard like so many big hotels), the room was small but comfortable with all the amenities, and the staff were great!”

“Valet was rude, we stood there and waited for someone to help us.
Then in check-in the guy told us they didn’t have to do the Expedia rewards and he was basically doing us favour, was a very odd thing to say.
Then we got to room and there was old food in the fridge and bathroom had toothpaste all over it.”
