“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find.
The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay.
Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“Beautiful hotel, but plan your walking journey to the harbour. Going downhill was easy, but walking uphill can be a challenge. Choose side streets with less gradient to walk back to hotel. Auckland is hilly!!!
The hotel has good vibes and very comfortable. Breakfast offering was adequate but not lavish. They have a dedicated egg station for fried eggs or omelet. DIY fresh juice.”

“We checked in and unfortunately the first room we were given wasn’t finished. Lights hanging out of the roof mirror on the floor. Went to reception and was told we would need to wait an hour. Told the manager we needed to get ready for a function, gave us free breakfast and found a room quickly. Good work. However in the room the tracks for the drapes didn’t cover the whole window. Maybe opened a week early. Quality checks not done by the looks. Nice hotel and good location. Just need to iron...
