“I booked 2 rooms. My business partner arrived on time but I was hours behind due to mechanical issues. I arrived at 3 am. I had already paid in full for both rooms and the hotel would not let me check in or refund me. Again these rooms were already paid for so the hotel canceled my reservation for late check in...kept the money...and rented the room to someone else. I booked another room by paying again but the money for the original reservation is gone. I would have been fine losing the...

“I stayed here this past weekend. The staff was helpful and the property itself seemed well maintained. The room was decent overall; however, cleanliness was an issue. There was hair in the shower, on the restroom floor, and even on the dresser and nightstand. I ended up having to wipe everything down myself. The room also had a slight mildewy smell. Because of that, I likely wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Room was spacious and super clean. The sliding door on the bathroom was hard to close sometimes, so privacy was a bit of an issue. The AC goes on and off rather than regulating at a steady temp, so a bit annoying. Also, the elevator wasn’t working about half the time we were there. Breakfast and coffee good and fresh. Location unbeatable. Decent gym. Some staff great, others a little abrupt. ”

“A terrible experience. The room was filthy, unsafe, and smelled awful. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and only interested in collecting payment, not resolving any issues guests might have. A terrible hotel that should go out of business.”

“Great sleep. Friendly desk staff. We arrived early and we were allowed early room access for which we were very grateful. Easy walk to shops, fast food etc. Nice breakfast. Overall a nice stay.”

“Door could be opened even when locked. Wouldn’t give us a new room. Said the door shrinks due to cold temperatures. Nice try I said, I’m from Minnesota. Didn’t care about our safety or security. ”
