“All the staff was extremely friendly. I dropped my phone unloading and returned from room to look for it. Went to front desk and it was returned to me after being able to provide details of phone physical description and lockscreen picture. Be Gold In my bathroom the shower head had no solid fixture and was just hanging from shower curtain. I dont know if the difference is being a gold member and being in 4th floor like my friend because his was on a solid fixture. ”

“Strong fragrance smell , on the bed something bite me can’t really sleep! Overall everything else are good! Walmart walk distance, 24hrs restaurant in walking distance.”

“A terrible experience. The room was filthy, unsafe, and smelled awful. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and only interested in collecting payment, not resolving any issues guests might have. A terrible hotel that should go out of business.”

“Door could be opened even when locked. Wouldn’t give us a new room. Said the door shrinks due to cold temperatures. Nice try I said, I’m from Minnesota. Didn’t care about our safety or security. ”

“Clean room few things need work door needs repair wasn’t easy opening door you can see light from the door flies getting room through the door doesn’t have the door properly closed from in between opening of door.”

“Receptionist lady at front desk was not a people person, pool area saw female underwear throwing so disgusting. Next door occupant where arguing and fitting, screaming my children got so scared.”

“The room were not locked all the way Had to pay cash for a deposit after already paid And the person checking me in was rude because there was nothing on y'all's website about half the pay cash.”

“Room was spacious and super clean. The sliding door on the bathroom was hard to close sometimes, so privacy was a bit of an issue. The AC goes on and off rather than regulating at a steady temp, so a bit annoying. Also, the elevator wasn’t working about half the time we were there. Breakfast and coffee good and fresh. Location unbeatable. Decent gym. Some staff great, others a little abrupt. ”
