“Comfortable bed and choice of pillows. Shower got warm after a few minutes but never did get hot during my 3 night stay. Plenty of food choices nearby by as well as grocery stores.”

“The pictures are not as they appear when in person. The front desk staff could use some hospitality or general customer service guidance on how to welcome and greet guests. When going to the room, the strong smell of mold and mildew hit me, and it felt hard to breathe. There was staining on the carpet, sheets on the bed were different colors as if not washed, the AC/Heating unit had mold from lack of cleaning. There were broken and damages clearly visible from the front entrance, stairwell, and...

“A terrible experience. The room was filthy, unsafe, and smelled awful. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and only interested in collecting payment, not resolving any issues guests might have. A terrible hotel that should go out of business.”

“The room was stinky the sofa needs to be thrown in the trash. Floors needed to be shampood. The said that they had full breakfast and it not it was a sorry continental. Will never stay there again”

“I was extremely pleased with the assistance from the front desk staff upon check-in. On a different note I reported an electrical problem with a floor lamp to the Cleaning staff while she was cleaning our room to prepare for the second day of our stay. This issue was not important to me, but I didn’t notice that it was not repaired during the second day of our stay. Overall, I was very pleased with our accommodations.”
