“Rooms were clean. Light didn’t work inside the door, fan didn’t work in bathroom, no USB port to charge phone and dresser drawer kept opening on it’s own.”

“The property was good the one down side was the TV's were not smart TV's and unless you had Netflix there were not many choices. We went out and spent $89 on a fire stick that was exceptionally hard to use. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and hooked us up with tech services to be able to use it.”

“Full service modern hotel and the free shuttle is so convenient. Just a five minute ride back and forth 24/7. My only suggestion is a coffee shop or coffee shop offerings. Would stay again for sure! Very relaxing for an airport hotel.”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable all the amenities we expected. The only sour note was the breakfast we had purchased as part of our stay. The breakfast was a Starbucks concession inside the hotel that provided a cup of coffee and a bagel or muffin. My husband ate a banana and was told he owed a dollar! “We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn, however I found that they are so understaffed. There was only one woman on staff that evening to check in customers also doing laundry and everything else. Sarah was so amazing and kind. We felt so bad for her and yet she kept a smile on her face the whole time. My feedback is you should staff more appropriately in the future before you lose good employees.”

“Extremely happy with our stay Upon arrival got 3 drink voucher per adult per room so we were 3 adults and 1 child With drinks were light snacks like Pasta, soup, salad, nachos, hot dogs The food was a bit disgusting n cold but we enjoyed our drinks with nachos Morning breakfast was also nice From buttermilk biscuits to scrambled eggs , oatmeal, sausages patty, hash potatoes, n waffles Overall great value for money”
