Romar House 802B is a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the 8th floor, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf. This spacious property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation and enjoyment, featuring comfy seating where you can unwind after a sunny day at the beach. The living room opens to a private balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the stunning Gulf views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, an under-counter ice machine, a bar area, and dining seating for all your guests. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a full meal, you'll find everything you need.

The large primary bedroom features a king bed with spectacular views and direct access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom is private and includes a garden tub and shower combo.

The two secondary guest bedrooms offer a queen bed in one and two twin beds in the other, sharing a hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs for added comfort.

For your convenience, the condo also includes a full-size washer and dryer.

Romar House is renowned for its well-maintained grounds, including manicured landscaping, palm trees, and a gated entrance. The property boasts a range of amenities, including outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, a BBQ area, and tennis courts.

Parking: Two parking passes are provided per reservation, with one designated parking spot in the covered parking area. Two parking passes are provided per reservation, costing $120.00 for both passes. The cost is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not permitted at Romar House, and additional parking must be arranged off-site.

**Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.

Almost 5 Stars!

This condo is stunning. It is much larger than it looks on the website. Plenty of room for a big party. The location is excellent. Right in the middle of Orange Beach and close to everything. 15 minutes from Gulf Shores. The beach is amazing. We never used the pool, but it looked beautiful. Even though it’s not listed in the description, there are beach supplies at this property. At least six chairs and some beach toys. We added a Boogie Board, Skim Board and Cooler to the stash. There was an issue with the air conditioner, having a backed up line. It seemed there was some miscommunication within the property management company, and it took several days to get someone to come and fix it. They finally fixed it on our last day there. If it weren’t for that issue, this would be five stars!
