“Staff was nice but we walked out as soon as we walked in. Ac did not work and blew smelly air when it did blow anything. Entire property inside and out smelled of rotten onions. Didn’t even put bags down in room and had to find a better place. Still paid full price ”

“this hotel was clean but old. I did like the convenience to the pool. they did have a lot of broken pool chairs and umbrellas. There was no monitoring of the Poole era so quite a few unmonitored children under the age of 12 playing in the spa and messing with the controls. The breakfast was pretty good and they had great coffee.”

“This is a 6th floor room with a small balcony overlooking the beach. The property is clean and comfortable but showing its age in places. There is a small pool and direct beach access. Parking requires a permit -- make sure it is there, and if not, communicate with the host right away. Security on site is minimal but friendly -- however, they will boot or tow un-permitted vehicles.”

“The area was really nice. The people were easy to reach when a problem occurred. Some of the house is a little dated. My son got stuck in the bathroom because he couldn't unlock the door. The lock was not working the way it was intended. Other than that, everything was really nice.”

“We received a confirmation and then at 2am the day before check in they sent an email cancellation of confirmation because they couldn’t find a maid service??? Joke, we had to scramble to find a place to stay that day 15 hrs from home…… nightmare. Thanks ”
