“We’ve spent the last 5 years here for the July 4th celebrations and we always love it. However, many things had changed and not all for the good. The biggest complaint among our group and many others was their legendary pizza is no longer available! We’ve been enjoying that pizza for probably over 15 years and this year they changed the recipe and it wasn’t great at all. They also remodeled their pizza/ice cream area and only offer 3 flavors of ice cream now as before it was usually 6-7 flavors....

“Beach view was great and loved the easy access from ground floor. Kitchen was well stocked. Many outlets in each bedroom didn't work. Sofa wasn't a sleeper. Thought it would be given it was set up for 8-10 people.”

“The unit was on the smaller side but slept seven. The pool and beach access were awesome! The pull-out couch had clean sheets to put on, but it was so dirty when you opened it up for the first time to use it. The living room rug was really dirty and had rolled edges, posing a trip hazard. It had four forks and a couple of spoons. It just seemed like it could be better stocked with basic utensils. The security staff was nice, parking was easy, and it was close to everything.”

“Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. I will never use Hosteeva again. They don't care, just...

“Perfect view of beach from living room and master bedroom. Easy beach access and pools are well maintained. There is also a sauna on site ”

“It wasnt very clean bedding seemed dirty and kids socks were in the bed so obviously they werent washed contacted hoosteeva and they offered a housekeeper but i wasnt waiting around for someone to clean so i washed them which is not what i wanted to do after trveling all day. Attention to. Small details would be a plus. Missed handles and not enough dishes for our party of 5 not silverware. Could use a little additional dishsoap orlaundry soap and tp. It wasnt enough for 5 days after constantly...
