“We had reserved a king room with a pull out sofa, the room was prepaid. When we arrived we were told they only had a queen room even though we had RESERVED and prepaid. We were very disappointed! They did offer a free breakfast at the buffet and a drink from the bar. We were unable to use either. When they refreshed the towels the net day, they also refilled the coffee, but not the cups. “Perfect hotel for families with kids or teams traveling together. Quality breakfast, ample space to congregate and enjoy each other's company. workout room to get your heart rate up and a convient laundry room on the 2nd floor. Only complaint is that there's only one ice machine and it's in the lobby. People were filling up full large coolers and ice bags.”

“Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!”
