“Quiet couple that wanted to relax at the beach we booked 5 days and was put on middle floor next to elevator where it was super noisy the whole time. Asked for a room switch to top floor and was told they would try and never heard back. Zero noise enforcement. Kids running up and down hallway all day. Homeless dude living in his car allowed on property. Weed smoke everywhere. People hanging out in hallways loud. No good sleep . Ran out of towels. “Pet friendly 40$ fee. Easy parking. Cute little spot with a great selling point of the view from every bedroom. No Elevators but it’s only a two story. The upgraded rooms are nice but you can tell they were quickly thrown together & thrown ontop of the old foundation. Floors are uneven & the balcony wood is old, was never treated and it’s splitting. Spiders all over the pillars too so be careful with your children on the balcony. Plumbings questionable. Noises. Lots of noise. It was a decent...
