“THE FOUR OUTLETS BY BATHROOM SINK DID NOT WORK AND WAS NEVER LOOKED AT. THERE WAS NEVER ANY MAID SERVICE FOR FOUR DAYS. HAD TO GO TO OFFICE FOR CLEAN TOWELS AND TAKE OUR TRASH OUT TO LAUNDRY ROOM, ON THE BRIGHT SIDE VERY CLOSE TO KINGS ISLAND. BREAKFAST WAS ONE OF THE BEST I HAD AT A HOTEL. SO OVERALL FOR THE PRICE I PAID I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN FOR THE SAME PRICE.”

“Super disappointed with this hotel. I booked a stay from Friday through Monday for my family of four. As soon as we checked into our room, the toilet wouldn't flush, and there were ants throughout the room. I immediately reported both issues, but nothing was done the first day.
