“Expressway side a little noisy only compaint”

We checked in, our keys wouldn’t work, as I walked back to the front desk to attempt to talk to the manager on duty I walked by the laundry room door that was propped open and saw how disgustingly filthy the laundry room was and we left. No one ever came back to the front desk to help me after I stood there for 10 minutes. These reviews on here praising this “hotel” are absolutely false. The entire lobby smelt like old urine. ”

“It was a good value for the money spent. We were surprised to find out it was a motel when we arrived - nothing in the listing indicated that, we were expecting a hotel. But the room was reasonably clean (some spots on linens, sticky remote) and the free breakfast was very nice (waffles, sausage, eggs, assorted pastries and cereals). ”

“The room was clean. Staff was fine. Our tub held water and did not drain properly. The usb plugs next to the beds did not work. There was a loud group staying on the floor above us, and there was stomping and yelling and kids knocking on our door and running down the halls well after 11pm. We usually stay here when visiting family, but this is the last time we will stay here. It has gone downhill recently.”

“Older hotel that has been renovated. Breakfast was good; the attendant was very friendly and attentive. The walls seemed a little thin as we had people talking in the room beside us til 3am. ”

“Breakfast was fresh waffles, omelettes and meat, oatmeal cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, coffee, milk I didn’t talk to the staff much but what I did they were all nice pool area was clean. Water was clean room was clean all in all good visit.”

“The best part of this property is the staff. However, we won't ever stay here again unless it's mid-week because of the proximity to the outlet mall as well as the Flea Market. The hotel was packed. The pool is tiny just in case you might want to use it. We didn't. Also, the pool is right by the elevator and the floor stayed wet. There were lots of loud preteens running around. We are seniors and will choose a bit pricier property next time and maybe it will be quieter. The floor tiles...
