“Hello, I paid on Expedia with a different form of payment and then was charged also at your desk. This was not just a hold it was a charge for the room. I was double charged.”

“Beds at hard as rocks and not queen size as it said it was, breakfast meager, room not very clean. Eyelashes on the towels. Ice machine out. Had to ask to open pool and it was full of bugs my husband cleaned it out. Hoping we didn’t collect any bed bugs. Shower was weak due to water leaking around faucet in our room the kids room was fine. The old saying you get what you pay for is true. Saving money doesn’t always pay off. “Not a bad hotel for the price. I would've given it five stars, but I had requested a late checkout in the evening, but that wasn't communicated to the day staff so I had three people banging on my door at 11 AM. Other than that, it was quite pleasant.”

“Definitely not a great stay! There was a hole patched in our room that wasn't painted not really clean. Couldn't use pool due to a baseball team. Breakfast was your usual nothing great. Coffee all day was probably the best!”

The lack of a front desk person and the inability to use the elevator (though I did not try since prior reviews said it had to be operated by one of them) dinged this hotel. I had no trouble parking, but I arrived late and left early.”

The lady working their bar was so nice to all her clients as was the staff refilling food stations and cleaning the table. “Room had a weird smell, AC unit screeched whenever the fan activated, batteries in remote were dead, no body wash in the shower and rooms are a little faded. Staff was really nice and helpful though and breakfast was very good.”

“My 1st booking at a neighboring hotel was horrible, never made it past the front lobby, didn’t check in, and didn’t receive refund upon cancellation. Comfort Inn and Suites had an immediate booking. Upon arrival, greeted by friendly staff and check-in was quick! Which was extremely helpful since we had a softball tournament to get too! Room and bathroom clean, stocked, and cool on arrival. “This was overall a nice hotel, clean rooms the bathroom didn’t have shampoo for men but that’s ok. The staff was very Professional, helped me with my remote control it didn’t work but put fresh batteries in it, the pool area was nice n clean n warm, the breakfast was really good, hotel was quiet inside n out, hallways n stairs was clean, no elevator but that’s ok, I will be staying here on my next visit.
