Rimarrete direttamente sulla famosa e preferita Orient Beach! Proprio sulla spiaggia :)
Dalla vostra terrazza, 20 passi e camminerai sulla sabbia bianca.
Il nostro WATERFRONT ORIENT BEACH UNIT è piedi nell'acqua, situato nel LATO A SINISTRA della costruzione, nessuna unità a sinistra nessuna unità sopra, secondo piano superiore, senza scale.
Nella costruzione preferita, prima linea, l'edificio più vicino alla spiaggia.
Questo incantevole e lussuoso condominio è il tuo, sentendosi come a casa, con vista panoramica di Orient Beach e vista dall'alto orientale sulla spiaggia da tutta l'unità, anche dalla cucina e dall'entrata.
In uno stile caraibico, non trascurato, grande, intimo, affascinante e molto molto tranquillo studio, 500 mq di comfort, spazio pulito, affacciato sulla spiaggia e sul mare tutto il tempo.
Tutte le nostre foto e in particolare la vista sul mare anteriore del nostro appartamento è TRUE, nessun inganno sulla qualità ... e più bella e più grande quando ci si arriva (vediamo le nostre recensioni !!)
L'accesso alla spiaggia è direttamente sul balcone, dal sentiero direttamente sulla sabbia bianca. Fate una nuotata proprio davanti alla spiaggia, ammirate la vista panoramica sul lago, la natura, la collina del villaggio di Orient Bay, tutto questo vi aspetta per un'accoglienza molto personalizzata!
WIFI privato privata, nuovo e silenzioso AC, lavatrice, cucina molto ben arredata, 1 comodo letto king size (200 cm × 200 cm - 79 in × 79 in) molto ampia! lenzuola e biancheria di qualità, asciugamani grandi, 1 divano letto, TV Canal Satellite, radio, riviste, libri, mappe, libro delle attività, 1 bagno, 1 cassaforte, 2 sedie da spiaggia leggere, 1 refrigeratore, 1 ombrellone. Abbiamo pensato ad ogni dettaglio
Accesso diretto alla spiaggia, tempo per il vero riposo :)

SI PREGA DI NOTARE CHE LA PISCINA NON È RIUSCITA A TEMPO.

Attività acquatiche, bar sulla spiaggia e ristoranti sulla spiaggia a portata di mano (Orient Beach) 510 minuti a piedi sulla spiaggia, il villaggio di Grand-Case è la capitale della gastronomia, guidando 8 minuti.
Grocery, pizzeria, lavanderia, concierge sul sito.
Hope Market e Leader Price a 5 minuti.
Il residence è completamente protetto da uomini di sicurezza 7/24.
La terrazza del condominio è chiusa da una tapparella elettrica che si trova al secondo e ultimo piano.
In questa unità si sente molto in sicurezza !!
Siamo i proprietari, viviamo qualche minuto dalla residenza, saremo molto felici di accogliervi e di incontrarvi all'arrivo e alla partenza, prendendo cura di te tutto il vostro soggiorno, essere sempre lì per qualsiasi aiuto.

We loved this property and will be back. It is clean, quiet and had everything we needed for a relaxing, restful stay. 5 minute drive to a large grocery store and a walk down the beach to many great restaurants. Host was excellent and responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Everything was exactly as shared by the hosts. Very clean and a perfect setup for two people. We loved it!Pool and beach were just steps away and both were fantastic. Beach is very clean with powder white sand and the ocean water was a perfect temperature. Many wonderful restaurants and beach bars are accessible via a leisurely walk down the beach. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of and your stay is enjoyable. We highly recommend this property!

A beautiful place and location. A short walk down the beach to great restaurants and bars. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The only complaint was from my wife who was using bug spray and got a few mosquito bites. I wore no bug spray and no shirt with no mosquito bites. I would stay again! .

The entire experience was amazing! The hosts went out of their way to insure that our stay was wonderful. From meeting us at the lobby for check in, to communicating with us regularly to see if everything was going well.The most impressive thing was this rental is exactly as advertised! We would definitely highly recommend this property that is managed by very caring hosts!

Wonderful place to stay with the best view. The host Christian is wonderful and greets you the minute you show up and shows and tells you what you need to know. He communicates with you during your entire stay. Need something, have a question, text Christian and he responds promptly. Also, we rented a car and I highly recommend it.

Dès les premiers instants, nous savions que l'endroit serait magnifique. Christian nous a fait un excellent résumé à notre arrivée et a été très accueillant, et toujours disponible. Le studio est de taille parfaite pour un couple et il ne manque de rien. La vue du balcon est juste WOW ! Nous avons apprécié que la piscine était à 2 minutes de marche et la mer à 3 minutes ! L'emplacement était parfait, nous étions à 15 minutes du Village d'Orient Bay, de Grand Case et de l'Anse Marcel. Ce sont nos plus belles vacances dans les îles à date. Merci Christian.

When you rent with Chantal and Christian, you are not customer but you become part of their family. They make sure that we will have a best time in St Maarten. They helped us with the rental car, they booked a restaurant for us, they suggested us the best places to visit and go shopping. They were both available for us at anytime. The apartment was well organized with a spectacular ocean view, pool and garden. Highly recommend. We had the most wonderful stay! Thanks to Chantal and Christian

Everything was excellent, location, communication, beautiful view, the apartment has everything we need, special thanks to Christian, he is very nice and an excellent host, he was checking how we were every day and the only time we needed something he was there in 5 minutes! This was our first time in St. Martin. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The pool and beach are just steps away. The unit had everything we needed and our hosts Christian and Chantal were excellent. Very responsive when we had questions. We plan to rebook again next year! This unit is a gem!

Property was just as shown in listing and just as beautiful. Christian (owner) met us and took us to apartment, spending time to show us how to run everything and telling us good places to eat and shop. He lives near by and checked on us with emails to see if we needed anything. Very pleased!

Immediately comfortable and at home in this apartment with less than a 1 minute walk to aquamarine waters of Orient Bay. The location of the place was perfect, steps away from white sand. If you are looking for a place with a welcoming local feel, near by cafes, restaurants and groceries this is your place to stay. Hosts couldn’t have been nicer, we were met on-time upon arrival and departure. Many thanks from Edouard and Lacey

This unit has a nice view looking down Orient Bay. The region is still recovering and rebuilding from the 2017 Hurricane. My wife and I enjoyed the condo/ view and location. We would definitely go back and rent again. Chantel was nice and helpful as the property manager.

Easy walk to the beach and down to Orient Bay. Unit was in great shape, excellent view and exactly as advertised. All people encountered on the property were extremely nice and welcoming. Overall property was still recovering from Hurricane Irma but that was expected. Once construction is completed, this would be a perfect destination when headed for Orient Bay. Definitely would return for another stay to this unit.

The Host was very friendly, and extremely fast in responding to correspondence. The view is wonderful, and the unit has been well renovated in the recent past. As noted with other reviews, the area around still needs much repair from the storm. There are great beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for use on the beach, which were great to have. Only cons was the lack of a dishwasher (Not a problem if you don't cook), the the AC system was not the strongest.
