“We stayed here one night while going on college tours. The hotel itself seems a little dark and rundown. The room was extremely clean and the beds were comforable. Head of housekeeping should be proud of her staff! Parking was easy and I felt safe because you have to use your room card to enter the building. Checking out took a little bit of time because the front desk worker was on her phone in the back. We went out for breakfast, so I cannot comment on how breakfast was.”

“Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. ”

“For $150 a night I expected a free breakfast, but it was an additional $13. The DID offer free coffee and fruit, so that was good, and I took advantage of that. Wanted to give a shout out to "Kevin" who was very helpful, pleasant and professional even though I want to the front desk about 5 times with different issues (none were the fault of the hotel). ”

“I could not get into the app for touchless check in - there was only one staff member there who was not at the desk he was upstairs helping another guest. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the hotel amenities but we did have breakfast which was good but not much of a selection. I barely slept because the walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation. Also at about 2:30am the people in the room next to us decided to have very loud sex for 2...

“Yes, plenty of choices for breakfast. Daily menu changes too. Parking was close and well lit.”

“Apparently the restaurant has a banquet hall on the lower level of the hotel. Everyone attending the baquet took all the parking which left no parking for paying hotel quest. The banquet had a band that played " loud music" to the point that your windows were shaking and you could not even hear the TV. They played until 9pm at night. No considering was given to hotel quest that had already paid for a " quiet peacefully time in Amish country". Given the fact that everything else in Amish...

“Room was decent this place really needs a good cleaning, that hallways were smelly and the trash cans were full, the parking lot was littered with cigarette butts and trash. The shower felt like you were sinking into the ground like they tried to patch up a big hole in the tub. I would not stay here again ”
