“Always a great place to stay in Orrville. We stay here each time we come to Ohio. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have everything needed. This time we stayed in a king suite with a separate bedroom, kitchen area for light meals, desk and living area which accommodated just what we needed. We work remote and the wifi is sufficient plus have Ethernet connection. Breakfast has a wonderful variety of food as well as coffees and teas. We had to extend our stay several...

“Very comfortable and clean room. We slept well, the beds were comfortable, and the temperature in the room was easy to control. Our check-in was seamless. I wanted more places to hang towels and washcloths, but the bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure. We will stay here again if we are in the area.”

“The door to the outside downstairs from our room was not look. The lock appeared as if it had been seriously tampered with!! I called the desk and was told they knew it was broken and someone was coming the next day to fix it and he would walk the property in the night. Thankful Our room door bolted ”

“There honestly was nothing amazing about this hotel. It was just a place to stay..nothing more or less. My son hated it, he felt it could have been maintained better and that it needed to be upgraded. The bathroom was VERY small. Just the toilet and shower and a sliding door. The sink was outside the bathroom, a small wall separated the sink and the bed. Glad we only booked for one night. The breakfast was nothing to rave about”

“The grounds themselves were good in appearance. Close to everything as well. However, the room was not clean. The base of the TV was very dusty. Under the base was a thick layer of crumbs. The floor had not been cleaned properly and it smelled like wet dog. I was in the building that runs perpendicular to the main building so it was out of public and office view, facing the woods. A woman was assaulted right outside of my door and the police were called. They said it was a rare occurrence for...
