“richiesti al check in di cambiare camera perché c’era la finestra che era una doccia esterna… troppo claustrofóbica per me, ma mi hanno detto che non era possibile nemmeno il giorno successivo. Al rientro la sera mi sono accorto che avevo cambiato asciugamani e tappetini docccia ma non rifatto il letto e le pulizie . ”

“My stay at Ayana Inn was fantastic! The property grounds are always clean, the staff is amazing!. If I left the property for any amount of time I would come back to a spotless room! Don’t forget to show some appreciation for the room service! She’s deserving! I will definitely stay hear again. ”

“Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at the property. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The only thing I did not like is that it was not a microwave in the room to warm our food up but other than that everything was great. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting San Juan, Puerto Rico. ”

“The place is a hidden gem. It felt very safe when you check in and upon entering it has a wonderful set up. Many rooms are found within the hotel and it was two pools to use. The shared spaces are clean. The room was set up with a bed and fridge and a spacious bathroom. It has a luxurious feel to it! Great to stay especially if you will find yourself exploring more often than staying in a hotel. ”

“I had a great experience here. I just feel like I couldn’t use the outside tub because the leaves weren’t cleaned out and some of the vines in the outdoor area could’ve been cut down. But overall I still definitely recommend ”

“The hotel restaurant had great food and drink options. I’m a coffee addict and the coffee was freshly made, hot, and on point! The room’s air conditioning was great. The WiFi was strong. The staff was amazing and attentive. They were always smiling and treated us like family. We will definitely be back. Kudos to management!”
